First of all, thank you again for those delicious treats. We
got home and sampled the
old fashioned butter caramel
. It was sooooooooooo
delicious. That fact that it was soft and not hard caramel was very nice.
Then we noticed the
toasted almond and blueberry caramel
and there was no way we weren't going to try one of those. They tasted even better than they
looked. What a nice combination. Well, we were going to leave it at that
so we didn't hog them all in one sitting. Fifteen minutes later, though,
back to the kitchen to try the other two. The
Sicilian salted caramel
was the
next one. That was awesome! Sweet with a hint of salt. Very, very good.
Then came the
butter pecan caramel
. We kept sharing little bites of the first
one, then the second one, until we decided we have got to stop. I'm
looking forward to tonight's little treats. I can see why these are doing
so well,and you're right, once you try them, you'll continue buying them

My Favorite Candy- Although we frequently have homemade goodies at our annual bazaar, I was surprised by the offerings of this year's new participants!! Le'Saric Gourmet Caramels offered one of the best buttery caramels I have ever tasted. They call it Sicilian Salted caramels I call it heaven! All of their caramels were so good that I loaded up on a variety and traveled to Walla Walla, WA on holiday to share them with all of my family. They were the perfect gift. Everyone raved. I want to let you know that the caramels that you make are the best ones I have ever eaten. I am addicted to the Cranberry Macadamia Nut White Chocolate ones. They never last long enough. My husband purchased some of the Lil' Joe Espresso caramels . He would not share his with me, not even one bite. His comment to me "these are too good to share with anyone".
